The owner of the Website is Europrom Srls Unipersonale.
Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
All purchases of Products made through the Website (hereinafter referred to as "Purchase Contracts") by users accessing it (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") are governed by these General Terms as well as by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), Section II on Distance Contracts (Articles 50 – 67), and by the Italian regulations on e-commerce (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
By completing a Purchase Contract following the established procedure, the Customer accepts and agrees to comply with these General Terms.
Therefore, the Customer is required to carefully read these General Terms before making any purchase, as Europrom makes them available to allow for their reproduction and storage in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 70/2003.
Europrom may modify the content of these General Terms at any time and without notice. Each Purchase Contract will be governed by the General Terms published on the Website at the time the Customer submits the purchase order.
Products
www.europrom.it (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is an online store for industrial products (hereinafter referred to as "Products").
All available Products are detailed on the Website within their respective sections, categorized accordingly.
Purchase Procedure
The Customer may purchase Products listed on the Website, within their respective sections, as described in the product information sheets, following the outlined technical procedures.
To purchase Products, the Customer must register on the Website by providing personal details, following the registration instructions, and completing and submitting the electronic order form available on the Website. Orders must be filled out accurately in all required fields. If the Customer chooses not to register, they may still complete the purchase process.
The Customer must add selected Products to the designated "Cart" and, after selecting the delivery method and reviewing and accepting the shipping costs, proceed with the purchase.
If the Customer needs to modify the selected Products or any details in the order before submission, they must follow the Website’s modification procedure. The Customer can change the quantity of Products, add or remove items from the Cart.
After completing this process, the Customer will see a summary screen displaying the order details and will be asked to confirm the purchase.
After viewing the order summary, the Customer must proceed with payment via PayPal or other accepted payment methods and submit the order by clicking the appropriate button.
Contract Conclusion
The publication of Products on the Website constitutes an invitation for the Customer to make a purchase proposal. The order sent by the Customer is a contractual proposal and entails full awareness and acceptance of these General Terms.
Each Purchase Contract between Europrom and the Customer is finalized when Europrom sends an order confirmation email to the Customer’s registered email address. This confirmation message will include an "Order Number" to be referenced in future communications with Europrom. The email will also contain all required legal information and the Customer's submitted details, which the Customer must verify and promptly correct if necessary. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect data not reported in time will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Each order can be viewed by the Customer on the Website within their personal account, if registered, immediately after order submission.
Product availability may occasionally vary. If the selected Products are partially or completely unavailable, Europrom will notify the Customer and proceed with shipping the available items.
Europrom reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its sole discretion, without the Customer being entitled to any claims or compensation in case of order rejection.
In particular, Europrom may reject purchase proposals and cancel orders if solvency concerns arise or if payment anomalies are detected in connection with credit card transactions.
Customers can review their concluded Purchase Contracts at any time by accessing their personal account on the Website (if registered) or by contacting Europrom’s Customer Service. These records will be available for 12 months from the date of delivery.
